HOMECOMING NEED TO KNOW

The long-awaited time for homecoming is here! This year, our student council decided on the grand theme “Night on the Bayou” with our slogan being “Crowns and Creek”. In addition, our spirit week to kick off the big event is quite exciting.

Starting on Monday, Disney day, dress up in whatever meets your idea of Disney. Tuesday is Twin Day, so grab your bestie and become real twins. On Wednesdays, we wear pink in the spirit of Mean Girls. Thursday: BBQ Dad vs. Soccer Mom. Traditionally, on Friday, we Clipper out in blue, white, and black. 

As always, the anxious race for dresses and suits is on. Popular stores like Windsor, Stacees, Dillards, and even Kohl's are great choices for everyone. This includes those last-minute procrastinators or budget shoppers to find marvelous options. This year's dress trends seem to be leading towards simplicity and elegance, including ruffles, tiers, florals, “corset” designs, cutouts, vibrant colors, and pastel colors.

Beyond the excitement of Homecoming 2025, it is also worth mentioning the home football game themes for this seasons.
