When people have an extended time without going to school or working, or sometimes both, they like to go on vacations or make plans. I made a poll for the student body to respond to so I could see if there were any trends for vacations/plans, such as going to Florida, working, or doing nothing. Within the poll, I included a scale for people to share how they felt about the length of spring break. 57% of respondents said it was not long enough, 18% had mixed feelings, and 25% said it was long enough. 26 people said they were traveling with it being the most popular answer. 17 respondents traveled to different states, the most popular being Florida with 6 respondents going there, and 7 respondents left the country, with 3 of them going to Germany. The last 2 likely traveled within the state, such as going to Dave and Buster’s in Des Moines. The next most popular answer was relaxing/playing games/movies, with the majority being people who said they were going to relax or chill with friends. And the third most popular answer was people who were working.
