The announcement of beloved pop legend Taylor Swift and football star Travis Kelce’s engagement broke the internet! The big news hit the big screens on August 26th, 2025, although the happy couple was truly engaged 16 days earlier, on the 10th. Fan or not, the topic has become a popular debate, whether that be praise or negativity. There is an undeniable interest in the two-year relationship the happy couple shares; even mildly interested fans are freaking out about the news. This may be due to the fact that, as a society, many of us have grown up with Taylor Swift. We’ve seen her grow, date, break up, and more. She has gone from this shy young country singer to the confident pop legend she is today.
